The glow of skin that is doing well.
One hour for you, in a room of wood and stone, away from the city. You come in with a cup of tea; you leave with skin that catches the light, and the calm that goes with it. For every skin, every face.
One hour for you, in a room of wood and stone, away from the city. You come in with a cup of tea; you leave with skin that catches the light, and the calm that goes with it. For every skin, every face.
The word names the sheen of something alive and well: oiled wood, a ripe fruit, a rested face. It is neither make-up nor a filter. It is the state of skin that has been listened to for a long time, and shows it.
YUNGI was born from a simple idea: skin doesn't need to be corrected, it needs to be accompanied. No needles, no promise of miracles, with patience and a sure hand.
Skin changes over six months, not in one session. That is the scale we work at, and we walk it with you.
We promise nothing we cannot show. Your skin is read every season; its progress belongs to you.
One room, one person, one hour without a phone. The treatment begins with silence.
First the warmth, then the scent, then the silence.
The door closes and the light drops a notch. It's warm. It smells of hinoki wood and green tea. A warm bowl is placed in your hands, Jeju green tea whisked that moment, and you are given the time to drink it. Your phone sleeps in an oak box; nobody will ask anything of you for an hour.
On the table, a warm towel over the face, and the world switches off. Hands that take their time, from forehead to shoulders. The cool stone of the gua sha on the cheekbones. A soft light resting on the skin, the music fading, the breath slowing without you deciding it.
When the light comes back up, the skin is smooth, hydrated, lighter, and so are you. In your hand, a small lime-paper pouch: your routine written by hand, the scent of the studio, the date of the next time.
Jeju tea prepared in front of you, two questions, nothing to fill in.
Skin analyser at the first visit, then every season: hydration, texture, spots. A goal named together.
Double cleanse with oil then foam, warm towel, gentle enzyme peel; hydrodermabrasion in the technology version.
Face, neck, trapezius, then basalt gua sha. Drainage, release, contour.
Targeted serums, modelling mask, twelve minutes of red or amber light depending on the skin.
Cream, protection, mist. Your handwritten routine, a sample, the next appointment.
The first ritual brings radiance for a few days; pleasant, but not the point. The point is what stays when you come back every month: skin that is more hydrated, smoother, more even, that does without foundation. And one hour a month when nobody asks anything of you.
Skin that no longer feels tight, that keeps the water it is given. The basis of the glow, and the first thing we measure.
A complexion that reflects light instead of absorbing it. The grain refines, pores tighten, the light glides.
Hands and stone, month after month, redraw the contour and release what the day has tensed.
You come for the skin, you come back for the hour. The calm of the studio is part of the result.
Every YUNGI studio is built on the same recipe, so that you find the same feeling from Louise to Waterloo: nobody can see who is inside from the street, you only sense the light and the wood.
Warm and low, never a ceiling light. In the room, a single source behind the head.
Oiled oak, brushed basalt, washed linen, lime plaster. Nothing shiny.
Hinoki, green tea, a touch of yuzu. The same in every studio, on the warm towels.
A one-hour piece, composed for the ritual, barely above silence.
Jeju green tea whisked in a stoneware bowl in front of you; warm yuja in winter, iced omija in summer. Before anything else.
At YUNGI you don't come to "have a treatment". You choose a direction with your skin, and we hold it together, one month after the other. The next appointment is set before you leave; a missed session is carried over once.
A shopfront frosted two-thirds up, a basalt plaque, a maple in a stone planter. Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm, by appointment only. Uccle, Woluwe and Waterloo will follow.

A place devoted to the skin, not to a menu of treatments. YUNGI follows the Korean way: regular, gentle care that works over months, in one room with one person. Hands, basalt stone, light and warm linen, and nothing that pierces the skin.
YUNGI opens in the Louise district of Brussels, between avenue Louise and the Châtelain. The address is announced as soon as the key is in the door; the form on this page lets you be told first.
A reading of your skin, a bowl of Jeju tea, then a ritual guided by one of six directions: radiance (glass skin), hydration, calm, purity, firmness or tone. Double cleanse, gentle enzyme peel, sculpting massage, layered actives, a mask under soft light. You leave with a pouch and your routine written by hand.
No. The studio and its rituals are designed for every skin and every face. The rituals are the same; the direction is chosen from what your skin says that day.
No. Nothing that pierces the skin, nothing that stays in it. YUNGI is a skin studio, not a clinic: if your skin needs a needle, it needs a dermatologist.
Leave your details and your availability in the form on this page. We call you back before the opening to find a time. Prices and programmes are on the Treatments page.
YUNGI Louise opens soon. Tell us when you are free: we will offer you one of the first appointments, before the public opening.
Thank you. You will hear from us before anyone else; the tea will be hot.
Every visit to YUNGI is the same hour: tea, a reading of your skin, hands, light, a pouch. What changes is the direction we give it, chosen from what your skin says that day. You never have to pick from a list.
Double cleanse, a gentle enzyme peel, fifteen minutes of massage from forehead to shoulders, basalt gua sha, layers of actives laid on by hand, a modelling mask under soft light. The hour as it was designed, for every skin, every month.
The signature ritual, with fifteen more minutes where water and light do what hands cannot: a deep, painless cleanse that draws impurities out and infuses hydration in, then a longer session of light. Chosen when the reading of your skin calls for it, never by default.
Skin reading is included at the first visit and every season after. Neck and décolleté are part of the firmness and tone directions.
Each direction is a way of shaping the ritual around one goal. On a programme, the direction can change from one month to the next; that is the point of reading the skin every season.

For a dull complexion, uneven grain, visible pores. Skin that doesn't catch the light yet. Afterwards: a surface that reflects, pores that tighten, a glow that lasts beyond the weekend.

For skin that feels tight, thin, dry from heating and winter. Seven layers of hydration laid on by hand, the Korean way. Afterwards: skin that bounces under the finger and keeps the water it is given.

For reactive skin, redness, sensitivity, skin tired of strong actives. The direction where we do less: cold, cica, amber light, no steam, no stone. Afterwards: a face that has stopped burning.

For a shiny T-zone, blackheads, adult blemishes. A deep cleanse, a gentle extraction, blue light. Afterwards: pores that breathe, and one visit in two given to calm so the skin can settle.

For a contour that is softening, tired features. Twenty minutes of deep sculpting massage in the Korean manner, stone, muscle work, red light, neck and décolleté included. Afterwards: an oval that is drawn again, without a needle.

For sun spots, marks left by blemishes, a clouded complexion. The slowest direction: gentle acids, vitamin C, light, and sun protection every single day. We only take it on over twelve months, with photos to show the change.
No microneedling, no threads, no injections, no pigment under the skin, no deep heating. Not because it doesn't work, but because it isn't what we are: an hour of calm, hands and light, for a skin that changes over months. If your skin needs a needle, it needs a dermatologist, and we will tell you so.
You leave with your routine written by hand, a sample of what was used on you, and the scent of the studio. Between two visits, the pouch is the ritual: two minutes, morning and evening. On a programme, it is included.
One hour to discover the place and the hands, with your skin reading included. Then, if you wish, a direction for six or twelve months.
Two oak shelves, a dozen things, no basket. Everything here was chosen for the ritual, and is picked up at the studio, in your hands, after your skin has been read. Nothing is shipped; that is on purpose.
Four steps, morning and evening, in the direction your skin is following. Written by hand at the end of your visit, filled from the shelf. Included in every programme; available on its own after a first time.

The same teas as at the studio, in the studio's tin, to keep the ritual at home.

On a programme, your pouch is prepared for each visit. Between visits, if you run out, write to us and it will be waiting at the studio.
